And happy 2018. WHOA. Crazy that we are beginning a whole new year already! I’m so excited for what this next year has in store. To help us start our new year off on the right foot, I gathered 15 must-try healthy recipes for your new year ranging from breakfast, dinner, to dessert!
As far as healthy eating in my own life, I have a fairly simple and straight-forward outlook –> I eat mostly non-processed, whole foods. I’m not one to fully cut out meat (neva will happen), but I do enjoy giving my body a break by eating mostly plant-based foods. Natural vitamins and essential oils are also a major part of healthy living for me. In my free time, really enjoy listening to podcasts about healthy eating/living to further educate myself.
