Blueberry-Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
There are a lot of times in the morning where I really would love to make myself a bowl of oatmeal, but don’t have the energy or time to do it. So this smoothie really is super convenient and satisfying if you need something quick and filling for breakfast! Plus it is super tasty and a good substitute if you don’t like a plain old bowl of oatmeal… Now for me, when I first put oatmeal in a smoothie I was a little iffy on the texture and wasn’t sure if I was fully converted. So, for any smoothie that has oatmeal in it I make sure to blend on high for several seconds longer so that it is completely blended!

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender. When frozen ingredients are well chopped, turn blender on high for oatmeal to fully combine and enjoy!
