I love a good fruit smoothie! And this mango strawberry banana smoothie has the perfect creamy texture and super delicious taste – which makes it quite hard to resist.

Now, when it comes to smoothies you can go with fresh fruit or mix it up with frozen. I don’t know about you, but I’m all about mixing my smoothies with a little bit fresh fruit and a little bit of frozen fruit to get a thick and creamy consistency.

Mango Strawberry Banana Smoothie Ingredients

You’ll just need 5 ingredients to make this smoothie. Here’s all you’ll need:

Mango: I love using fresh mango for the best flavor or you can use frozen.
Strawberry: If you have super ripe strawberries use them up or use frozen.
Banana: If you’re using fresh fruit, I recommend using a frozen banana for creaminess. If using frozen fruit, use a ripe and fresh banana so the smoothie isn’t too thick.
Nut milk: I recommend unsweetened almond milk but you can also use cashew or coconut milk (not from a can). Swap for water if you prefer not using nut milk.
Chia seeds: Top on your smoothie for additional nutritional value.

Add some greens!

Wanna level up the nutritional value to your smoothie? We love adding greens because they’re an easy way to get nutrients without sacrificing taste.

For greens that won’t dramatically change the taste of your smoothie we recommend using a handful of spinach, kale, or even a half an avocado!

If you don’t mind a little “zing” of green flavor you can also add a few stems of parsley, celery stalk, or if you’re feeling ambitious – a little bit of broccoli.
