Coconut Oil Chia Toast with Fresh Fruit
Say hello to my favorite breakfast!
Fresh fruit, chia seeds, honey, rich coconut oil and crunchy toast.
This could be the easiest thing on my blog but it is my favorite breakfast. Believe it! It’s that good.
One thing that I cannot function without during the day is breakfast. It is my favorite meal of the day! It fills me, gives me energy and fuels me for the rest of the day.
But it also matters what you have for breakfast.
This toast is: rich in good fats, fiber, potassium, and antioxidants and is super filling!
- Ezekiel bread (can substitute with gluten-free bread)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- Blueberries *optional
- 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- drizzle of honey
Toast bread, spread coconut oil evenly and add fruit, chia seeds and honey over top! Enjoy!
