My Go-To Smoothie Bowl
If I haven’t already said this a million times on here, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!
Whether it’s a special toast, eggs, or in this case smoothie bowls, I am ALL IN. Side note: this is also something I eat a lot for lunch too!
I always hit the gym in the morning and (if I’m off work) normally get back at lunch time and am in serious need of FOOD. This is one of my favorite things to full up on after a workout and it’s absolutely delicious!
It is suppper easy to make, all ingredients you can find at your local grocery store and it is loaded with nourishing ingredients!

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful fresh strawberries
- 1 splash almond milk
- granola of choice (I used a simple homemade recipe)
- fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
Add strawberries to high-powered blender (I use a Vitamix) and blend on low until strawberries are smaller bits.
Add frozen banana pieces to blender and blend on low until ingredients start to break down together. Add a splash of almond milk to help with the blending of ingredients. Smoothie should be a soft serve consistency.
Scoop smoothie into bowl, add your desired toppings (mine are just an option - so always use whatever is at hand) and eat up!
