The Easiest Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Crispy, perfect gluten free pizza crust that is easy and tastes just like regular pizza dough! A recipe you will love and make again and again. Bake in the oven or grill for the summer time!
Instructions
-
Add to electric mixing bowl - flour (2 cups + 2 Tbsp), yeast and salt. Mix ingredients together. Add warm water and mix until dough forms. If dough is too sticky, gently add more flour until consistency is that of regular dough.
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay dough out on sheet of parchment paper and roll into pie shape, pulling edges forward and tucking underneath to create crust. Transfer parchment paper with dough onto sheet pan/pizza pan.
-
Brush dough with olive oil and place pie in oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove pie after it's slightly baked on it's own and preheat oven to 450. Spread sauce, cheese and vegetable toppings on pizza (except fresh basil). Place back in oven for 12 minutes, or until crust has turned golden brown. I broiled my pizza on high for 2 extra minutes to give it a slight char.
-
Garnish pizza with fresh basil, and parmesan cheese. And seriously friends, ENJOY!
