Vanilla-Cinnamon NICE Cream
We could all use a little nice ice cream in our lives.
Hopefully you are a banana lover, because this will change your ice cream life! Or, I hope it does. I’ve been making this religiously for the past year and have made it in so many amazing variations. This version I felt was a perfect dessert flavor! You can even sprinkle some mini dark chocolate chips on top. Nommy.
Feel free to throw in any kind of frozen fruit or some dried dates and let me know what your favorite variations are!! I will be posting other flavors I come up with later on in the blog. This one should hold you over until then. 🙂

Ice cream made completely from bananas with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. SO creamy and delicious - all you need are 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make!
Place your frozen bananas in a processor or blender with a splash of almond milk--just enough so that you don't just have frozen bananas to blend with no liquid.
Blend until a little bit is combined, but not fully turned into ice cream. At this point, put a dash of cinnamon in and a drizzle of vanilla then finish blending until the texture of ice cream! Serve right away, and enjoy! 🙂
