First, preheat the oven to 425F. Then mix the sauce ingredients in a small jar


Toss the veggies in oil with a pinch of salt.


Brown the chicken for several minutes on each side with butter.


Add the veggies and cranberries in with the chicken. Pour the sauce season with a pinch of salt and black pepper over the thighs. Bake for 30 minutes
