Healthy baked oatmeal that is naturally sweetened, made with wholesome oats, and fresh fruit. An easy and satisfying breakfast that is perfect to start any day with!
Preheat oven to 350F.
In an 8x8 baking dish layer berries on bottom and then banana slices.
In a large mixing bowl sift dry ingredients together (oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon). Once combined, add wet ingredients into dry (almond milk, brown sugar, vanilla, honey).
Consistency of oat mixture should be a little loose due to the almond milk. Lay oat mixture evenly over fruit in baking dish. Spread all the way to the edges of the dish.
Bake oatmeal for 40 minutes. Serve with splash of almond milk and berries.
