  • 1/2 cup frozen mangoes, cubed
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • splash of almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend medium to high and add almond milk till desired consistency and enjoy!!


Add extra fruit of vegetables if preferred.
