6 Ingredient Hawaiian Pineapple-Chicken Kabobs

Hawaiian Chicken Pineapple Kabobs made with a simple 4 ingredient marinade. This delicious recipe takes only 30 minutes to make and is healthy, EASY, and so flavorful!

  • 1 lb boneless-skinless chicken breast, cut into 3 inch cubes
  • 1 pineapple, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced


  1. In bowl whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey and minced garlic.

  2. Set aside 3 tbsp of marinade for later. Put chicken in a ziplock bag and add sauce to bag - marinate chicken for 30 minutes.

  3. Then, on a skewer add pineapple cube and then chicken on skewer and repeat process until all skewers are filled.

  4. Set grill to medium heat - cook kabobs for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.  

  5. Serve with quinoa/rice and a nice side salad. Enjoy!
