Ingredients
  • 1 very ripe mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. In a high speed blender mix all of smoothie ingredients until creamy and smooth. If you have trouble breaking down ingredients, add more orange juice. Adjust flavoring as desired. Garnish with a little bit of chia seeds!
