  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 small cantaloupe cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced thin
  • 3 oz prosciutto slices
  • balsamic glaze
  1. Add basil and mixed greens to a large bowl, top with blueberries, cucumber, and mozzarella. Wrap prosciutto around melon slices and lay on top of salad. Top with your favorite balsamic glaze and enjoy!  


Add any other vegetables or fruit if desired to the salad.
