  • 1 lb Organic Wild Caught Salmon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (each) fresh oregano, basil, thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, lemon zest & juice, herbs (basil, thyme, oregano), salt, and black pepper. Place salmon in cast iron skillet and brush with oil & herb mixture. 

  3. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes - or until salmon is cooked through. The time will depend on how thick/thin your cuts of salmon are. 

  4. I served this with vegetables, with a side of rice/quinoa. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

For using frozen salmon filets - let it thaw before baking in the oven.
