Delicious & easy Lemon Garlic & Herb Salmon. Wholesome, simple, and the perfect healthy one pan dinner!
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, lemon zest & juice, herbs (basil, thyme, oregano), salt, and black pepper. Place salmon in cast iron skillet and brush with oil & herb mixture.
Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes - or until salmon is cooked through. The time will depend on how thick/thin your cuts of salmon are.
I served this with vegetables, with a side of rice/quinoa. Enjoy!
For using frozen salmon filets - let it thaw before baking in the oven.
