Prep vegetables: Cut all of vegetables into small diced cuts.
Arrange in a bowl: add all of the diced vegetables, black beans, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice. Toss salsa ingredients together and season with salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
