In a high powdered blender, blend almond milk and frozen bananas until smooth. Tip: cut bananas very small before freezing so they don't break your blender.
Add cinnamon, peanut butter, hemp seeds, and protein powder. Blend on high until creamy and smooth - about 30-40 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve!

How to freeze the banana - there are a few ways you can freeze a banana. One way is to slice it the banana into 1 inch thick pieces and add it to a ziplock bag then freeze. If you need the bananas frozen more quickly, slice them and arrange the banana pieces on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, freeze for about 2 hours until pieces are frozen solid. Add to a ziplock bag for future recipes.
