The Perfect Spring Pasta

Sharing my version of Pasta Primavera (meaning Pasta “Spring” in Italian). This is made with a handful of seasonal vegetables – but don’t let the word Spring throw you off. You can make this with any of your favorite seasonal vegetables! Everything is tossed with lots of garlic, white wine, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pasta water to create a light yet cheesy sauce. I love serving this with grilled chicken in the spring and summertime or even steak!
