A Better Way to Make Beef & Broccoli
Today, we’re making what I think is the best way to make beef and broccoli. Rather than using a wok or cooking on the stovetop, I found baking the beef at a high heat to be the best way to achieve a slightly browned, crispier edge for the meat. It has better flavor, better texture, and is overall way simpler than any stovetop method I’ve tried. It comes out perfect every time! Hope you enjoy this one 🙂
