Chicken Scarpariello is known to be pretty popular in New York and New Jersey. It’s an Italian-American dish made with chicken, sausage, and hearty potatoes in a zingy cherry pepper-white wine sauce. I find it’s easy enough for a weeknight meal but elevated enough to serve to guests or as a Sunday dinner for your family.
