The Quintessential Summer Sub

I grew up loving Italian subs, so I thought I would share something simple but perfect for summer! This sub/hoagie is just as good as any deli sub I’ve had, and it’s so easy to make. Some of the ingredients (toppings specifically) I had to specialty order online, but you can make this your own with whatever you like or have available. This sub with a cold iced drink and a bag of chips on the beach is *chef’s kiss* ;).
