Summer Chicken Cutlets

Sharing a summer version of chicken cutlets, paired with a refreshing garden salad! I love a good chicken cutlet, but pairing it with bursting summer tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and fresh herbs makes it even better. I’m adding fresh herbs right into the cutlets too, for even more of that bright, summery flavor. I hope you love these as much as we do!
