4 Ingredients You’ll Need

Cauliflower: sliced into 1 1/2 inch “steak” cuts.
Oil: I recommend extra virgin olive oil.
Sauce: you can use store-bought pizza sauce or pasta sauce as well.
Mozzarella: you can use fresh or pre-shredded mozzarella.

How to Make Cauliflower Steak Pizza – Step by Step

First, drizzle cauliflower with oil, season with salt, and roast at 400F for 25 minutes – flipping halfway through.

Then spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Broil on HIGH for 1 minute until cheese is slightly browned and melted.

Recipe Variations

Meat toppings: add cooked sausage or pepperoni slices for flavor and protein.

Veggie toppings: add slices olives, thinly sliced peppers, or roasted cherry tomatoes.

Herbs & seasonings: season with a little red pepper flakes for spice, or herbs like dried oregano or fresh basil.
